Our Policy
At Relax Away we want you to enjoy your time away from home and to have the peace of mind that your property and goods are being well looked after.
It is our policy to treat all your property with the utmost care and respect. Whether it is the fabric of your house, your personal belongings, your motor vehicle or your fixtures and fittings inside and outside your building.
We appreciate that you could have concerns about others having access to your property and our guarantee is that all information given to us will be treated with the strictest confidence and no information will be given to any third party regarding you being absent from the property or anything we deal with, on your behalf, while you are away.
We further guarantee that none of your personal items will be touched or moved, except for those that you agree with us that we might require to move or handle in the course of carrying out our contracted duties. For example, if you wish to use our services to launder and replace bedding for your return then we will require to access your private areas of the house but only for those contracted duties.
We guarantee total respect and confidentiality.
